Terms & Conditions

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Nachi3D and its customers for the sale of products and the provision of 3D printing, laser engraving, and digital manufacturing services.

Article 2 - Orders

Any order placed on nachi3d.ma implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Orders are confirmed by email after payment validation.

Article 3 - Pricing

Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) including all applicable taxes. Nachi3D reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via Stripe or by PayPal. Payment is required at the time of order.

Article 5 - Delivery

Delivery times are provided as estimates. Nachi3D commits to delivering products within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, except for customized or made-to-order products.

Article 7 - Warranty

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity. In the event of a defect, the customer may request a replacement or refund of the product.

Article 8 - Intellectual Property

The customer warrants that they hold the intellectual property rights to files and models submitted for manufacturing. Nachi3D shall not be held liable for any infringement of third-party rights.

Article 9 - Data Protection

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. It is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management.

Article 10 - Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before taking any legal action.
